Our 3D modeling capabilities help us to quickly transform innovative ideas and solutions into high-precision tooling products. This capacity enables us to subject the designs to real-world conditions as we strive to ensure the highest quality is met for our customers.
CNC stands for Computer Numeric Control. As the name suggests, CNC Manufacturing enables the control of machining tools (including lathes, mills, routers and grinders) through precisely programmed commands that are fed to a computer command module, as opposed to being controlled manually by hand. This automation helps us to rapidly produce and meet tight deadlines.
Mechanical probing is usually used to detect failures in semiconductor devices. During mechanical probing, signals are acquired from the internal nodes of an electrically stimulated semiconductor device and displayed on an oscilloscopefor measurement and observation.
At Topaz Engineering, Quality Assurance (QA) is of topmost priority. Our years of experience, stringent processes, innovative tools as well as commitment to Total Quality Management (TQM) help us deliver to the highest standards for our customers, from development through to production.
Visual inspection is the most basic form of non-destructive testing. Test devices are carefully inspected for surface breaks and other physical flaws either through the use of naked eyes or with the help of optical aids such as low-power magnifiers and microscopes.
Height gauges are single-axis hand tools used to precisely measure the distance from a reference surface, to some feature of a part. Typically, height gauge inspections involve measuring the thickness, length, diameter, waviness, roughness and roundness of materials or objects.
The very first step of our process is the Assembly Setup. In the Assembly Setup, each part of the device is added sequentially as the semi-finished assembly moves from workstation to workstation until the finished assembly or product is produced.
The second step of our process is the Packing. Packing involves enclosing the products — usually in a protective, robust packaging — and prepare it for transport, warehousing, logistics, sale and end use.
The third step of our process is Warehousing where goods are stored for export and transport to our customers. Our warehouse is compliant to OSHA 3220-10N 2004 Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and includes certification of our forklifts, electrical wiring methods and system design, mechanical power transmission, exits, portable fire extinguishers and hazard communication.
The fourth and final step of our manufacturing process is the Supply Chain. We have a close-knit networking of suppliers across the globe to distribute our products to customers no matter where they are located. Our state-of-the-art supply chain management helps keep the supply chain optimised to keep costs low and deliver products faster.
